Quotes and bookings

• Ask for a quote by email at info@salentotaxiservice.com or by phone at +39 327 980 5727.
• Online bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the service. For urgent requests, please call us.
• Prices include fuel and motorway tolls in Italy.

Surcharges

• Night service, from 8pm to 6am: +30% on the standard fare.

Meeting point

When you arrive, we contact you to tell you where to meet.

Payment

• In cash, directly to the driver.
• By standard bank transfer at least 2 days before the service, or by instant transfer at least 24 hours before. Email us the transfer receipt and we'll send you the invoice.

Receipt/Invoice

On the day of your transfer you'll receive an official tax receipt at the end of the ride. If you need an invoice, give us your billing details when you book: company name, billing address, VAT number and PEC/SDI code.

On board

During the ride you may not:

• smoke;
• throw anything out of the vehicle, whether moving or stopped;
• dirty or damage the vehicle;
• ask the driver to break the Italian Highway Code.

Luggage

• Tell us about your luggage and any extra items when you book, so we can send a suitable car.
• The driver may refuse bulky items you didn't tell us about, excess suitcases or luggage that isn't safe to carry (for example broken, dirty or wet).

Cancellations and changes

• You can cancel by email, in writing or by phone.
• Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the service.
• Cancellations within 6 hours of the start of the service are charged 50% of the price.
• If your flight or train is cancelled or leaves more than 30 minutes late, call our booking line so we can make sure your driver is there when you arrive, the same day or whenever you get here.
• If your flight or train arrives more than an hour late, €35 is charged for each extra hour.
• If you don't show up and we haven't heard from you, the driver waits one hour after landing or after the agreed time, then leaves and the full price is charged.
