\n\u2022 Online reservations must be made 24 hours before the start of the service.
\n\u2022 Rates include fuel and motorway tolls in Italy.<\/p>\n
SUPPLEMENTS:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Night service (from 22:00 to 05:00 a.m.) surcharge of 20% of the ordinary rate.<\/p>\n
SERVICE ORGANIZATION:<\/p>\n
The driver will meet the customers with the sign indicating the name of the client or company:<\/p>\n
\u2022 At the airport: at the passenger exit in the arrivals hall;
\n\u2022 At the Railway Station at the place agreed with the booking office;
\n\u2022 At the Port: on the quay where passengers are disembarked;
\n\u2022 In the City: in the place indicated with the booking office;<\/p>\n
TERMS OF PAYMENT:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Payment in cash directly to the driver at the end of the service.
\n\u2022 By bank transfer to be made at least 6 days before the services requested with currency before the day of service. Sending, by mail, a copy of the bank transfer made with the consequent sending of the invoice.
\n\u2022 Via PostePay recharge.<\/p>\n
RECEIPT:<\/p>\n
Upon request, a regular tax receipt will be sent directly to the customer, upon notice of the deed booking of the receipt header (complete name, company name, billing address and VAT number).<\/p>\n
BEHAVIOR:<\/p>\n
Users of the rental service are forbidden to:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Smoking during transport;
\n\u2022 Throw objects from both stationary and moving vehicles;
\n\u2022 Debride, contaminate or damage the vehicle;
\n\u2022 To expect that the transport will be made in violation of the safety and behavior rules provided for by the current Highway Code.<\/p>\n
BAGGAGE AND OTHER TRANSPORTATION:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Each passenger must communicate at the time of booking any extra baggage and items, to prevent the car is not suitable for this transport.
\n\u2022 It remains the driver’s discretion to load unwanted bulky items or suitcases into cars excess or which do not present safe transport conditions. (broken, dirty, wet suitcases etc.)<\/p>\n
RIGHT TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION OF THE CAR RENTAL SERVICE WITH DRIVER AND SERVICES ADDITIONAL<\/p>\n
\u2022 The customer can cancel the reservation by writing to us, sending an e-mail or calling us.
\n\u2022 The cancellation of the car rental service with driver or complementary services, without penalty is accepted by 12 hours before the service. Cancellations received within 6 hours before the start of the service is applied a penalty equal to 50% of the service charge.
\n\u2022 In the case of a canceled flight or a delay of more than 30 minutes at departure, the customer is obliged to notify us number of reservations to guarantee the presence of one of our staff at the arrival.
\n\u2022 In the event that the customer does not show up at the appointment with the driver, after one hour from the landing of the flight or at the appointment, and without having any news from the customer, he will leave the station and the service will be fully charged.
